Saturday 11th May 2013 is that day I take to the bike (having done enough running) and hopefully ride 100 miles from Cardiff to Tenby in a day!!

Despite some decent training rides (the longest being 57 miles only yesterday),the enormity of the challenge is beginning to sink in. Not to be phased I will ride (rather gingerly) into Tenby (not sure when?!!) later the same day whereupon I will find the nearest bar to prop me up!

I'm raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support and any donation of any size would be gratefully received by them.
