On November 17th I'll be taking on the HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) in order to raise awareness & money for Cornerstone, a charity who provide care and support services for adults, children and young people with disabilities and other support need.

For many this may not seem like that big a deal...I love water, love going into the sea on holiday, love paddleboarding, love being in a swimming pool etc.  But I'm not a great swimmer, and as soon as I am not in control of the situation in the water I PANIC.

SO...I'll be delighted when (if!) I get through this and would really really appreciate your support to raise £100 for the above charity!
