Get Connected is the free and confidential support service for young people and children who know they need help but don't know where to find it. Trained volunteers provide emotional support and the information they need to find the services they feel will help them.  This could be anything from a listening ear to a bed for the night.  Young people can talk to us by phone, email or webchat any day of the year.
