Dementia is a heart breaking condition that affects almost everybody either directly or indirectly. After participating in the RAD event Lost, our teammate Jess managed to raise incredible amounts for Alzheimer's Society with her old team The Jamaican Bobsled Team. However she also learnt a lot about how frequently and dramatically people are affected by dementia. So when the opportunity came up to raise more money she wasn't going to miss out. New Team. New challenge. Same determination to beat dementia.

Race2Amsterdam is an university organised event where teams of 3 all race to Amsterdam but there's a catch... we must rely on the kindness of strangers to get us there. Therefore, we are not allowed to use any of our own money to travel and we will be able to complete some pretty funny challenges en route to shorten our final time. We will be posting regular updates during the event on our personal twitter accounts and RAD's Facebook page.
