At the end of May this year, I will be cycling from London to Paris over the period of a few days.

The Stroke Association is an incredibly important charity who support many people in the UK who are affected by strokes. 

We are doing this in memory of Tina Trafford who sadly lost her life at the age of 53 due to a stroke. 

Any sponsorship and support would be hugely appreciated!

If anyone would like to put themselves forward I will be looking for volunteers to push me up any steep hills.......
