We are the largest charity dedicated to kidney research in the UK. Kidney disease ruins and destroys lives. Treatments are gruelling, relentless. There is no cure. We say this isn't good enough. We will transform kidney health. Kidney disease ends here.

Why Kidney Research:

I don't want other families to lose people like my mum, Nikki.

My mum, Nikki, was a wonderful, selfless, supportive and loving person. She suffered from renal failure from a young age. She was lucky enough to have a kidney transplant but this transplanted kidney developed complications in later years. My mum had to go back on dialysis to keep her alive but still managed to be a wonderful mother and do all the things mums did. But dialysis slowly took it's toll. Over the next 10 years she got weaker and weaker and passed away in 2000 at the age of 44.
