On 10/10/2010 I will be giving my all in the Royal Parks Half Marathon, 13.1 mile of effort, and not a little pain.

I am running for Elephant Family in support of the Asian elephant, supporting of the Asian elephant.

in the past decade the population of wild Asian elephants has fallen by 70 per cent, numbers in the 13 countries that still have them have dropped so alarmingly that they are now officially endangered.

Elephant Family are dedicated to protecting the Asian elephant through protection of  natural habitat, forests, and their rites of passage between them.

I will training for the next few weeks, come rain or shine (hopefully more shine)
