Gabe's Tacloban Fundraising

Tacloban Fun Run · 31 August 2014
As many of you know, I'm in Tacloban with All Hands Volunteers, where Super Typhoon Yolanda hit last November. I wake up each morning to clear debris, dig trenches and build homes.
The typhoon was so devastating that it destroyed or severely damaged 1.1 million homes. Huge progress has been made and nine months on, the rehabilitation of damaged infrastructure nears 50%.
All Hands Volunteers seeks to rehouse those affected with the minimum amount of disruption to their lives: within their own communities. If we can raise just one Philippine Peso for every house that was destroyed, we can build nine homes and strengthen the community they are in.
Please consider chipping in a few dollars. Together we'll be able to build nine houses for affected families. Thank you!
