The Prince's Trust Palace to Palace 2016 · 2 October 2016 ·

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 2nd of October I will join the Palace to Palace cycling event from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle. Why did I decided to join the event?

First of all I wanted to challange myself and prove I can cycle 45 miles (to be honest I did last time when I was in secondary school) and support the fund rising activity for The Prince's Trust. They run a range of traning programmes, providing mentoring support and offer financial grants to build the confidence and motivation of disadvantaged young people. Secondly my colleague Simon (who is an avid cyclist taking the Ultra!) was giving very inspiring stories about his past experience. And last but not least 2nd of October is my Birthday, therefore I planned to surprise myself!

It is less then 3 month from the start date, it is time to start to prepare! I will post regulary update on the training progress on my JustGiving page site in return for your donation. Thanks for your support and stay tuned for the next update!
