Hello everyone! We did it! Together we did it! I couldn't have done it without your support and generous donations. What a great day. Thirty thousand runners! I did 10k in just over an hour. I did 10k today. Feeling somewhat sore but glad I did it. There is still plenty of time to sponsored me. Cancer effects all of us in some way or another. Please help me reach my target! Thank you xx

Well I managed to complete 10k today. Took me an hour. Glad I did it before the race. It's nearly race time. The Great British 10k. This Sunday 8th July. Please sponsor me there is still plenty of time. Help me reach my target! Cancer Research is a great charity and as we all know only too well, it effects everyone of us in some way or another xx
