<p>Over the next 6 months, myself and other members of the community have commited our time to learn how to ice skate...and it's all for charity. On June 14th we are going to put on a spectacular Skating On Ice show...and I can assure you, it will be a night to be remember! However, like everything, it comes at a price. We need to rasie money to cover costs of the training, transport, the cost of putting on an event, and unfortunately it doesn't stop there. Until we have all raised sponsorship, Donisthopre are out of pocket. For those of you who don't know, Donisthorpe is a wonderful care home for the elderly who unfortuantely are experiencing a loss of funds. Donisthorpe urgently need our help to raise money to allow them to continue to provide a fantastic standard of living and care for those who need it. As a community we are extremely privileged to have a facility such as Donsithorpe and I, along with the rest of the skating team, will do all we can to ensure it is there for many years to come.</p>
