My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving fundraising page for my Max. Since losing Max, we (myself & TeamMAX) have initiated a massive fundraising effort for research and funding for Epilepsy Action, specifically for research into targeted areas in difficult to manage Epilepsy in children and SUDEP (Sudden unexplained death in Epilepsy).
Although Max could be ill at times, he lived life literally to the 'max', always a happy little boy who explored and experienced everything just as any other child his age. We would like to ensure his life was not in vain by raising funds to discover more about Epilepsy and the various conditions associated with it. Epilepsy Action exists to improve the lives of everyone affected by epilepsy. As well as campaigning to improve epilepsy services we offer assistance in a number of different ways. These include a national network of branches, epilepsy awareness volunteers and freephone and email helplines.
