Sarah and I are taking part in the Pretty Muddy race for life to join the fight against Cancer and raise some money.  We all know someone who has been touched by Cancer so please spare what you can and sponsor us.

This is Sarah's first 5k run so I am hoping that the mud will be coated in pretty pink sparkles!
