The FABULOUS GamesAid Quiz Night, sponsored by 505 Games, hosted by Jamie Firth and Richard Churchill
DATE: 19th July 2012.
VENUE: The Horseshoes, 24 Clerkenwell Close, London, EC1R 0AG
TIME: 7:30pm start. Please be present and correct for processing at 7pm.
Minimum donation of £10 a head, Max 4 players per team.
The actual content of the quiz will be mixed and cover a diverse range of topics, so don't worry about us exposing your lack of games knowledge!
It’s a £10 entry per person: JUST TEN POUNDS.You can then arrange to play as a team in advance with other contestants, or we'll organise any left over individuals into teams on the night!
I also accept “Captain’s” entries: A MINIMUM DONATION of £40 buys you a table so that you can bring whoever you like! Seriously. WHOEVER you like. Even idiots!
We have amazing prizes. Basically thousands of pounds worth of memorabilia, Games, T-Shirts. More games. Loads of GAMES.
Spot prizes for the odd question here and there, for high scores in particular rounds... And if you come short there, there’s a big prize for the funniest wrong answer of the night.
DONATE NOW and get a place at the 34th most influential evening in town that night (Estimated. Stomp is one below us on current stats, FYI.)
(Oh, and if you're registering the over £40 donation to buy a TABLE for the event, please do drop me a line at mrjfirth@hotmail.com: Otherwise I will assume it's just a lovely generous individual donation!)
DISCLAIMER: I will endeavour to close this event as SOON as capacity for the quiz is reached, but I guess I need to warn you that there is an incredibly infinitesimally small chance that you could donate in that interim, and not get a ticket for the event...
In that incredibly unlikely scenario that you end up donating AFTER capacity has been reached, I will send you a little something as thanks/apologies (and obviously should a place become available later, tickets will be issued ASAP!)

GamesAid acts as a broker of charitable activity on behalf of the industry, taking advice from all sectors. It is a non trading body. The charity is administered by Trustees, who operate on a fixed term basis. It is formally run by a chairman, who is also on a fixed term. GamesAid is a children and young people's charity.
