Story

We are delighted to announce that Miss Anna Vessey (GHS teacher) and Mrs Holly Marsden (GHS parent) will be running the London Marathon in April for our charity of the year.

Auditory Verbal UK teaches children who are deaf to listen and speak. After three years of intensive auditory verbal therapy, most of the children go to their local primary school, keep up in class, make friends and achieve their full potential. They can speak on the telephone, enjoy music and even learn a second language.

Please show your support for our team and for this wonderful small charity by making a donation. Our community can make a real difference - the £4,500 target is what it costs per year to offer a full bursary place to a low-income family. Thank you.

Garden House Parents' Association.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
