Story

I have joined together with a group from Bristol to cycle 100 miles, going from Bristol to Birmingham, on 2nd June 2012. Given that my training has not yet extended beyond 30 miles on one occasion, and on London's busy streets with lots of restful traffic lights, this is looking like being a tough one on the day! Hopefully I'll find some of lost youthful grit and should get there ok, but obviously the more I can raise for this great charity the easier it will be I'm sure (that's a hint).

Why am I doing this:

I am riding with a group from Integral (Bristol) who recently lost one of their most valued colleagues, Steve Mogg. During Steve's battle with cancer he was looked after and given great comfort by the Dorothy House Hospice association. In recognition of the care Steve received we would like to raise funds and show our appreciation to them as best we can. So, please do what you can and help us reach our target.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
