Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was exposed to cancer at a very young age. It has taken my Dad, Tom, my Uncle Alan, my friend's Dad, Pat Bushe, the list goes on. I have family and friends that are currently in their own battle with this brutal disease.

The challenges they are encountering are immense, so I am teaming up with my coaches and fellow members in  Fitter Faster Stronger gym to take on a challenge of my own. By doing this I hope to help raise money for the Irish Cancer Society. The target is €500 but I want to try double this with your help. 

My challenge is to row 8k in less than 30 minutes. If you think it sounds easy jump on a rower and get back to me!

All challenges are designed to be completed in less than 30 minutes and FFS encourage us to invite family / friends along to support (maximum of 5 per person) on the day during your 30 minute window. Let me know if you'd like to come along.

There will be refreshments, DJ, live music, members party (more details
to follow) and an all round electric atmosphere for this groundbreaking event!

FFS Stands Up To Cancer - #FFSSUTC

Cancer is something that has affected almost every one of us at some
point in our lives. For the staff at FFS this topic is particularly close to home. 

This is why we have decided to make our biggest push ever to support a
charity this December. We have set ourselves the huge goal to raise €50,000 for the Irish Cancer Society through fitness challenges. We want to raise the funds to help cancer research beat cancer sooner!

To support the great work that the people in the Irish Cancer Society do
on a daily basis and to fight this disease that has affected so many of our lives we need your help.
