This is my first year as part of the UK Charity All Stars and am thankful for being given the opportunity to become a member of the Ty Hafan team for 2017. All stars is a weekend long ice hockey tournament to promote and raise funds for 8 deserving charities.

Ty Hafan is a local charity to myself and could not be happier being part of such an enthusiastic and dedicated team with a common aim to achieve something fantastic.

Ty Hafan is one of the UK's leading paediatric palliative care charities and offers care to children and support to their families throughout Wales.

They offer comfort, care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families in the hospice, in the community and in their home so they can make the most of the time they have left together.

The team aim is to raise in excess of £22,000 which will assist in the general running of the hospice for two days. Any donation would be appreciated and I will be posting updates on fundraising activities until the weekend of the All stars.
