I am a member in FFS (www.ffs.ie) and we want to stand up to cancer. On the 10th December, 100 members will take on a 30 minute challenge each to raise €50,000.

For my part I will attempt to run 7km in 30 minutes. It will not be easy, but I will give it my best shot

Any financial assistance will be gratefully accepted
