We are a national charity providing support to the farming community in England & Wales

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI) is the chosen charity of Lloyds TSB and Bank of Scotland Agriculture and is a grant-making charity that supports members of the farming community facing need, hardship or distress. Founded in 1860 they have an unbroken history of providing long term care and emergency help for retired farmers, farm workers and working farmers and their families who find themselves in financial difficulties and often poverty. Please help me make a difference.

I will be attempting the Yorkshire 3 Peaks a very demanding walk, which takes in the summits of Pen-y-ghent (694 metres - 2,276 feet), Whernside (736 metres - 2,415 feet) and Ingleborough (723 metres  2,372 feet) all in one circular route.  In total 24.5 miles (39.2km) long and takes in over 5,000 feet (1,600 metres) of climbing.
