The work of Marie Curie Cancer Care Centre in Liverpool is crucial to not only those who are fighting this disease directly but also the family and friends who are supporting them.
Just over 9 years ago my Mother in Law, Eileen, passed away and she, and indeed the whole family, had been looked after by an amazing team.
Last year, I lost my Aunty Bren and again, an amazing team looked after her in her final weeks, days and hours along with my whole family.
More broadly, in the last 10 years, so many friends and family have been directly affected by this hideous disease. My mum, my sister, my Aunty, my mother in law and close family friends Frank and Barbara
Any support you can give would be greatly appreciated and every £20 raised pays for an hour of nursing for a seriously ill patient and often enabling much needed, guilt free respite for those closest to them
