I have seized the amazing opportunity to ride over 1200km and climb 13,000m in a multiday cycling event, taking in the scenery from St Fergus in Scotland, to the Isle of Grain in south east England. Supported by National Grid and starting on 4th September, each of the 10 stages will start and end at a key National Grid site or office.

Every penny raised will enable Alzheimer's Support Workers to provide practical support and guidance to individuals and families living with dementia.
