Story

ITS DONE!!

All 186 miles, 150 stiles and 300 gates successfully negotiated. Many thanks to my long-suffering wife who did all the driving and changing of plasters on my feet which are like ribbons now.!!!!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and Thank You to everyone who decides to contribute. :)

The Walk: The whole 180+ miles of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path in 10 days (with a weekend off in the middle!!). I've included a fuller itinerary at the bottom of the page.

And it starts next week on August 16th - HELP!!!!

Why: because i'm hitting the big 5 - 0 and it's something I've thought about doing for a while - maybe now or never!!

Why LATCH Wales: I'm raising money in memory of George Baker,a fantastic little boy from my school who died just over a year ago. LATCH Wales played a big role in supporting George and his family and it seemed appropriate to dedicate this walk to his memory since he was such a determined character who so enjoyed being outdoors.
