Thanks for visiting my Just Giving page. A friend of mine convinced me asked if I wanted to join one of the teams he was setting up for Tough Mudder South West and I foolishly agreed.

Anyway, it's coming up soon and I'm not really fit enough for it but it's for a good cause so if you're able to spare a few pounds to provide at least some benefit to my suffering, it would be very much appreciated.
