Hello there! - tis the season to be jolly! (well soon it will be) , on the 6th December 2009 I am participating in a 5K run to raise money for MS Trust. The rules are I have to be dressed as Santa (another fancy dress!).

MS is the most common disease of the central nervous system affecting young adults. The the brain and spinal cord is affected and it interferes with a range of the body's functions which can make life extremely difficult for people who suffer with it.

We are all going to be spending a bit of money this xmas on presents for our loved ones - it would be great if we could put a little bit aside for good causes like this.

Christmas is a time for giving after all!
