Having decided to do the Winter Wolf  I have elected to raise money for Mind UK in doing so.  Not only is my wife a PWP with Oxford Mind, but with 1 in 4 of us suffering from mental health issues at some point or another, much of it unrecognised and therefore untreated it is crucial that Mind UK is supported in order to be there for those that need to call upon their care and help.
