<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Having given up smoking I decided to get fit and what better way then to do a charity run which would give me the goal to get healthy and help people at the same time.</p> <p>Having a son with Autism is a very challenging job, so I know first hand the level of help that is needed to support familys who are affected by Autism. The Wessex Autistic Society is a small charity based in Dorset, they are a friendly bunch of people who genuinely care about the familys and some have family members who are Autistic so know the strain it bring to daily life.</p> <p>So please dig deep and donate now for a good cause.
