I'm running the 10K in Manchester on May 15th in memory of Luke Rotherham.  He died this January from an Epileptic seizure and so I am raising funds in his memory. The two charities I'm running for are Rhema Theatre Company (he was associate director and believed in it passionately- see attached video) and Epilepsy Research UK (so that others don't need to die prematurely).
