I may be crazy but I have signed up to spend my Birthday having a nice little jog by the seaside......running the Brighton Marathon! My aim is to complete the marathon in under 4 hours.

I am raising money for Facial Palsy UK, a fantastic charity that supports people living with facial paralysis.  Please support me in this challenge by donating whatever you can to raise money for this great charity.
