I'm about to embark on Wainwright's Coast to Coast walk. At close to 200 miles it will be somewhat of a challenge! I start on July 18 at St Bees on Cumbria's west coast and all being well I'll stagger into Robin Hood's Bay, Yorkshire, a couple of weeks later.

Im hoping to raise £500 for Demand. They are a charity dedicated to helping people with disabilities that require bespoke equipment to help them with their everyday lives.
