Ive not done Just Giving before. Being an out-of-the-loop type of chap, I only found out about "Movember" whilst reading the Alex cartoon in the Telegraph on the way back from Cairo on Thrusday -3rd. I asked my son, George, whom I should raise money for.. he suggested these good folk:
'Send a Cow' works hand in hand with poor families, teaching them the skills they need to build new lives free from poverty and hunger. By providing training, livestock, seeds and support, they restore hope and create stronger communities for the future.
In turn, these families then pass on young livestock, seeds or training to others. And so on. And so on. This ‘Pass it On’ principle not only builds stronger communities, it allows us to help even more people to develop skills, confidence and self respect.
I know this isnt a that onerous a challenge, but it is very very irrtating! So please dig deep and donate now. I will match all donations up to a max of £500, and my Comany, Mercer, have generously offered to match up to £300.
