Training has started and stopped but managing to get out running most nights again. On ticking the box to complete the tough mudder I was under the impression from colleagues it was a 10K only to find out a few weeks later it was a 10 Mile course. Everyone thinks I have no chance as currently out of shape but psychologically I know I will finish, not expecting to be able to walk for a few days after though!!!
