Dear Friends,

On 13th September I am "competing" for want of a better word in The London Duathalon in Richmond Park. 

I would like to rasie as much money as possible for the Joanna Brown Trust in memory of Jo. She and I entered this race a couple of years ago but neither of us could take part due to conflicting committments. I am proud to have the opportunity to complete it in her memory this year.
