In April 2018, I will be part of a team rowing across the North Sea from Ramsgate to Nieuwpoort, Belgium. We aim to complete the row in under 24 hours.



The aim is to increase awareness and raise money for the great work Age UK to do combat loneliness and improve health and wellbeing in old age. Loneliness causes depression, increases the likelihood of strokes and heart attacks by a third, and doubles the risk of Alzheimer's disease.
