To celebrate telent's 10th birthday and raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, our corporate charity, the companies staff will be taking on our biggest challenge yet! 

Challenge 1100 will take place from Monday 11 until Friday 15 July 2016 and will involve telent colleagues completing a 1100 km relay between our key sites, across the UK. More than 220 colleagues including some from our customer Merseyside Fire & Rescue have signed up so far, to walk, run or cycle as much of the route as they can - and they need your support!

Every penny counts, no matter how small. 

I'll be running a small part of one of the routes, and whilst this will be fun, did not feel like a challenge. So I decided that to set myself two further challenges.

To run 1100 Miles during 2016 (logged on Runkeeper) and to really push myself, run a 5k run in 17.5  minutes - current PB is 18 Minutes which I set last year, and I am not getting any younger...
