Josie died in Feb 2007 aged 16 having touched the Nation with her Strength Courage & Happiness. The Charity provides Crafts & Activities to 23 Childrens Cancer Hospitals across the UK and a Cash Gift of 500.00 to Children & Teenagers where their Cancer treatment is no longer Curative.

I'm Gavin and work in South East London looking after any 16-24yr olds with any cancer diagnosis. My job gives me huge amounts of satisfaction and this is reflected by the lovely comments the young people feedback. I am a dad to a 16 yr old son and he is my absolute world, but equally i know how lucky he is to have nice things in life. I am doing this trek because I have never done anything like this before and I think creating memories for families to have once they have lost their beloved children is going to be amazing, but i can't wait to see the kids faces :-)
