I am not a big fan of asking people for sponsor money, but I think this is for a good cause.

 

I am raising money for a charity based back home in Northern Ireland called 'Eye Feel Good'. This charity was set up by a good friend of mine after his wife (incidently my old classmate) was diagnosed with a rare form of eye cancer. Thankfully the tumour has shrank and the doctors managed to save the sight in her eye.

 

Money raised will go towards Liverpool's Eye Cancer department (Where Anne Maire received treatment.) and Macmillan in Antrim, Northern Ireland.

I will be competing in the Super Sprint category of the Liverpool Triathlon which will be held on Sunday 27th June.This will be my first time competing in a full Triathlon and looking forward to the challenge.
