Thursday 5th July I am doing a 24 hour sponsored fast to raise funds for Footprints Orphanage.  It starts at midday Thursday and ends midday Friday.  I like my breakfast, lunch, dinner and fizzy juice so 24 hours on only water will be very hard for me. if you could spare a little to help that would be excellent.
