I will be taking part in The Royal Parks Half Marathon on 6th October to raise money for my local charity Grove House Hospice.

When choosing which charity to run the Royal Parks Half Marathon for Grove House was the one that caught my eye as being a local charity to me (St Albans based) I feel that by raising money for a charity which is of a smaller nature than some it would mean that the money that I will be raising will make more of a difference to the lives of not only people suffering from illnesses but also give support and help to the families of these people which will make a huge difference.
