<p>I am running the Dublin Marathon on October 31st to raise funds for Diabetes UK. &nbsp;This is a cause close to my heart as my dad suffered with diabetes for most of his life and sadly he passed last year and I would like to raise as much as I can for the people who cared for dad and made his life as comfortable as possible.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>In Northern Ireland there are over 69,000 adults and 1000 children living with diabetes and a further 10,000 who have the condition but are as of yet undiagnosed. &nbsp;They can only carry out the vital work that we do with the support and generoisity of our local communities. &nbsp;The money that you raise will not only allow us to provide care for those with diabetes, it will also help us to reach those that are still undiagnosed as well as varry out research into this complex condition.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>For further information on the cause the link to there website is below,</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>www.diabetes.org.uk</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
