<p>Hi there,</p> <p>Yep me back again to pester you for your hard earned pennies!!</p> <p>I&nbsp;am running&nbsp;13.1 miles&nbsp;in the Great North Run&nbsp;(hopefully faster than last years 1:47)&nbsp;again on the September 18th and&nbsp;along with Frankie I&nbsp;am looking to raise money for the stroke association.&nbsp;</p> <p>Please dig deep and look to help raise money for this great cause and I will run my little heart out from Newcastle to South Shields to make it all worth it..</p> <p>Cheers and ciao for now..</p>
