Grief Encounter aims to relieve the emotional distress of bereaved children, young people and their families. We help by developing and promoting resources and by raising public awareness of bereavement issues for children. No-one can wave a magic wand but Grief Encounter can help the journey.

Story

We are holding our annual HAIR-a-thon at Kink Hair Salon on 2nd February 2014 and this year our chosen charities are Great Ormond Street Cochlear Department and Furture Dreams, a charity that works for women with breast cancer.

Both these charities are very close to our hearts and we are hoping to raise as much money as possible to support them both in the amazing work they continue to do

This year, Lee Beaumont and Theo Silveston have agreed to have the GOSH face tattoed on themselves if they can hit their donation targets.

If we manage to raise £1000, Lee will have the tattoo completed, if £2000 is reached, Theo will also have the Tattoo done.

So please donate as every penny makes a difference!
