Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am incredibly fortunate to be one of 100 Arsenal fans taking part in The Arsenal Foundation Challenge Jordan alongside club legends David Seaman and Per Mertesacker. In partnership with Save the Children, The Arsenal Foundation has co-developed the ground breaking Coaching for Life programme which utilises football to improve the mental wellbeing of children affected by conflict and violence. They are aiming to raise as much money as possible to help support programmes which are currently operating in the Za’tari Refugee Camp in Jordan and the slum communities of Jakarta, Indonesia.

It is a once in a lifetime trek through the mesmerising landscape of Jordan from the Dead Sea to The Lost City of Petra, in aid of a fantastic course and I would be incredibly grateful for your support in this demanding but hugely rewarding challenge.

You will see I have been asked to make a pledge however I would love to smash it! Donations from all football supporters will be greatly received, even from the blue half of North London....

Due to the escalation of COVID-19 the Arsenal Foundation were forced to postpone the challenge from March 2020 to March 2021. The silver lining is that we now have an additional 12 months to raise even more funds.
