In October 2020 I completed the 5k Swimathon challenge (with 1000m of it as butterfly) to fundraise for Cancer Research, which is not only very close to my heart, but an organisation that has suffered greatly this year. 

The final time was 1 hour and 24 minutes and over £1000 has been raised!! A phenomenal show of generosity and kindness. Thank you so much to everyone that has donated there’s still time to raise more so please share & give if you can, every little helps 😊

Swimathon 2020 🏊‍♀️
I’ll be swimming 5k to raise money for Cancer Research UK, something that is now very significant for me and my family.
However, as my life pretty much revolves around the pool... for every £100 raised, I’ll swim 100m of it Butterfly. And if the £300 target is reached, an extra 100m fly for good measure!
Every penny and pound will truly make a difference. It’s not until your loved ones are diagnosed that you realise what a difference new research and support can make.
