Dear All,

As you are probably aware (due to the amount of moaning I have been doing!) I am doing the Glasgow Half marathon this Sunday and I intend to follow this up with the Great South Run followed by another half marathon. I am not going to pester you for money for all 3 but if I could ask you to donate a few pounds or so for my challenge on Sunday I would be really grateful. I am raising money for the Jigsaw school. The Jigsaw school is a specialist school for autistic children. I know 2 families who have autistic children and as a result have become aware of how little funding and support there is in general for families affected. School places are limited - many more places are needed and ongoing funding is always a concern. 

I wont go on but hope you will donate something if you can. I know it is the end of an expensive summer for a lot of people. If you do sponsor me I promise to buy you a cold beer or glass of vino next time I see you!!
