Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is an autoimmune condition in which there is an increased tendency for the blood to clot. The condition can cause strokes, heart attacks, pulmonary emboli and DVTs. In pregnancy, APS is a leading cause of recurrent miscarriage and stillbirth.

<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Over the August Bank Holiday myself and a group of friends will be attempting to hike up&nbsp;Ben Nevis, Scaffel Pike and Snowden in as close to 24 hours a possible!</p> <p>Below is the timing we hope to follow:</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Saturday</span></strong></p> <p><strong>5pm</strong> - <span style="color: #0000ff;">Start Ben Nevis</span></p> <p><strong>10pm</strong> - <span style="color: #0000ff;">Finish Ben Nevis and start drive to Scafell Pike (six hour drive)</span></p> <p><strong>4am</strong> - <span style="color: #0000ff;">Arrive and start climbing Scaffel Pike</span></p> <p><strong>9am</strong> - <span style="color: #0000ff;">Finish Scafell Pike and start drive to Snowden (Four Hour drive)</span></p> <p><strong>1pm</strong> - <span style="color: #0000ff;">Arrive and start climbing Snowden</span></p> <p><strong>5pm (Sunday)</strong>&nbsp;- <span style="color: #0000ff;">Finsh Snowden and <span style="text-decoration: underline;">COMPLETE CHALLENGE!</span></span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">We are all doing this to raise money and awareness for the Hughes </span>Syndrome Foundation. Helen and Mark are family and Helens Mum who is Marks sister has Hughes Syndrome.
