This year we are cycling across the width of britain. Starting from the south west tip of Ireland, through Cork. take the ferry to south west Wales, across the Brecon Beacons, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Northampton, Cambridge and Finishing in Great Yarmouth.

Same team as previous years with a few alterations.

Steve Cardwell is heading up the adventure, dreaming up the ideas its his job to navigate and set the pace. "straight and fast" is the word from the get go!

Simon Fergusson is a glutton for punishment, and enters this challenge on a new "Cross" bike.. fatter tyres should help the ride apparently. Simon will not be allowed to navigate!

Jeremy Rebbeck is now a regular to the adventures, Will he and the "Colonel" be colour co-ordinated "always casually deliberate"

Andy Clark is back with the team this year, sporting new handlebars and cleats for a more wind resistant style. the first aid kit will be well stocked with plasters now those cleats are fitted.

And last but not least Gary "The Powerhouse" Drummond, he will be pushing Steve all the way to the finish, but can he live up to the name again this year?
