This year I have decided to do something new...on the 27th of June I will be taking part in the Ride for the North Challenge to raise funds for Barnardos Children's Charity with 14 of my friends. It's a 220 mile cycle over 4 days from Harrogate to Edinburgh. Collectively we are hoping to raise over £20K to contribute to the many campaigns run by Barnardos who work directly with over 200,000 children and young people each year and currently run 800 community projects.

So I've got the bike, and training has just begun so wish me luck and dig deep!  xxx
