Geoff, the well oiled German machine is currently in training for a 10K run for the charity Brainwave. 

Brainwave offers support to parents of children with brain injuries and provides individual home based physiotherapy programmes to enable children to reach their full potential.

Some of you may not be aware that there is a special young lady in my life called Ava who's the daughter of my good friends Danny & Liz.  Brainwave have been a tremendous support to Ava as well as Danny & Liz so by donating to the charity we can all help little Ava to continue on her journey of learning and development.
