<p>In April 2013 I am doing the Mandalas and Mountains Charity Trek of a lifetime to the home of the Dalai Lama and through the foothills of the Himalayas.<br>The trek invloves walking approximately 75km in the outer foothills of the Himalayas and a proportion of the money raised helps to fund this 'trip of a lifetime,' the remainder goes to raise vital funds for the hospice.I am doing this trek in memory of my wife Denise ( Nees ),who died from breast cancer in November 2011 at St.Margaret's Hospice.The monies raised will go a little way to repay the care and treatment she received there.Nees was shown so much love and compassion, nothing was ever too much trouble and always a smile and a cheery face.The hospice only employs angels!!!
